STORE POLICY
BACKORDERS
Upon occasion I may either
run out of an item or there may be a delay in product readiness. I will note
these out-of-stock items on the web site as soon as possible. If you place an
order and an item is out of stock or delayed, I will notify you and afford you
the choice of a refund or a substitution before we process your order. I
apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
RETURNS
All of our
products come to you safety sealed. If that seal has been compromised, the item
can not be returned.
Soaps
Due to the
personal nature of handmade products and risk of contamination, we cannot
accept returns.
Jewelry
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me.
If a
return is authorized, return the unopened, unworn item to me,
packed in the original manner, within ten days for a full-refund
of the purchase price.
SHIPPING
At
this time we ship within two business and only via USPS (United States Postal Service) via
Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Your shipping costs are
figured at the time of check out. If you have paid $1 or more over the
actual shipping cost, I will refund that difference via Paypal. I do use
Delivery Confirmation on every package shipped. If the Post Office
confirms that the package was delivered, and you have not received it, I
am sorry but I can not replace it.
If a
package is returned marked ‘Refused’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid
Address’ by the USPS I will refund the purchase price minus
shipping costs and minus a 20% restocking fee. I will not send the
package again.

your package insured.
INSURED PARCELS
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If your
product has been damaged during shipping,
save all of the shipping materials and do not use the product. Damages must be
reported to USPS immediately. Please, inspect all packages at the time of
receipt.
CONCEALED DAMAGE
If, when you unpack your order, you discover damaged
merchandise, please follow these
steps:
1. Save the original box and all packing material.
2. Take the box and the contents, including your order, to the
Post Office.
